Withdrawal - Product Returns - Consumer Rights
1. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from the receipt of his order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without justifying the return.

In this case you will be charged only the direct cost of returning the products. The amount that will be returned to you corresponds to the net value of the product, ie without including shipping costs and cash on delivery costs.
Bchic must return the money within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, it may be delayed to return the money if you do not receive the products or proof of return.
